The accommodation is in The Lodge, a newly converted, self-contained building within the delightful grounds of Holt End Grange, a 250 year old period cottage. It is completely private and separate from the main house.
 The Lodge is very comfortable and beatifully furnished to a high standard. The Lodge can be booked on either a self-catering or bed and breakfast basis. The accommodation comprises:
A Double Room with a double bed, TV, ensuite shower room, hairdryer, trouser press and tea and coffee making facilities.
A Twin Room that has two single beds and is otherwise as the double room.
A Lounge / Dining Room. This comfortable lounge is for the exclusive use of the guests and also has a TV and French windows that overlook a patio and lovely gardens. There are two sofa beds each the size of a double bed, which can be used only when the lodge is rented as a whole on a self-catering basis.
A fully fitted kitchen. Situated on the ground floor, which includes a washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and ironing facilities.
The Lodge can be hired as a whole for up to four people at a reduced price. This would be on a self-catering basis but the food for a full English breakfast would be provided. Two extra people could stay when using the sofa beds in the lounge.
We are ideally situated for: The NEC, NIA and ICC, The Motor Cycle Museum, Birmingham and Solihull, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Stratford-upon-Avon, National Agricultural Centre, The Cotswolds.
