Ing Hill Lodge is an elegant small Georgian Lakeland house set in some 2.5 acres in the middle of Mallerstang, a little known Dale on the fringe of the National Park.
 Superb views and peaceful and quiet, yet only 12 miles off Junc 38 of the M6.
Excellent en-suite shower rooms, comfortable bedrooms with Sealy beds (most are king-size) and many special details that are constantly commented on by our guests - one after his 3rd stay 'nothing jars'.
There are three bedrooms, those at the front enjoying a view of the river in the valley bottom, and (well out of earshot on the far slope) of the famous Settle-Carlisle Railway. The rear bedroom has a fine view of Mallerstang Edge through the trees.
The 'Butler's Pantry' is popular for making tea and coffee at any time.
You get to chose your own breakfast and have it cooked to order.
The lounge has an open fire in season and is provided with lots of interesting books, maps, walking guides etc.
Central heating is provided throughout, though you can control that in your own room if you prefer.

We also offer self catering accommodation in our converted stone barn.
