Nolands Farm is a working arable farm and can offer the country lover a happy relaxing stay in the very heart of the Warwickshire countryside. We are just off the main A422 situated in a tranquil valley.
 We have romantic four posters / doubles / twins / family / single bedrooms all with either en-suite showers and/or bathrooms. All bedrooms have TV, CH, hostess trays, hairdryers, irons and much more. These rooms are annexed and have been converted from stables into tastefully restored accommodation. Some on the ground floor overlooking the old stable yard and into green fields. Others upstairs panning over the extensive gardens.
In the old Granary there is a small bar, a log fire for that inclement weather, and the sitting room is in the Conservatory where you can sit at anytime of the day or evening. Play cards, games or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.
We have superb leisure facilties including our own lake for fishing, clay pigeon shooting, bicycles for hire and horse riding nearby. You can walk anywhere on the farm and explore the environmentally friendly woods, fields, pastures and perhaps badger watch from the Den.
The farm is very accessable for Stratford-upon-avon (8 miles) Warwick (12 miles) and we are on the edge of the Cotswolds, and have a vast number of National Trust properties closeby.
There is ample off street parking. Credit Cards accepted.
