We offer Continental Breakfast plus friendly hospitality in our modern split-level home situated at the water's edge near the entrance to Chichester Harbour.
 Visitors are accommodated in bright, centrally-heated rooms, and the sea views! Looking across Hayling Bay to the Isle of Wight is beautiful at sunset, dramatic in a gale.
We are only staggering distance from the sailing club on Sandy Point, very convenient for yotties competing in regattas and national competitions, while windsurfers can launch in front of the house and anglers cast from the shore.
But landlubbers are made very welcome too: Portsmouth's Historic Ships and Spinnaker Tower, the South Downs Walkway or Chichester Festival Theatre are all within easy reach, so take your pick of the local attractions.
In the evening we'll book a table for you at the tavern of your choice. Island eateries range from fish & chips to bangers 'n mash, pizzas to steaks, burgers to kebabs including Balti, Tandoori, Cantonese and Anglo-French cuisine. Or you could order a Takeaway while we set the table, warm the plates and chill the beer.
We participate in the Welcome Host programme of Customer Care and for many years achieved a Three-Diamond Grading from the English Tourism Council. No other establishment on Hayling Island has been recommended by the Consumers' Association in the WHICH? Good B & B Guide or South West Trains magazine.
Prices depend on the duration of your visit, but unfortunately we are not equipped to cope with smokers, drunks, pets, or young children.
